INGATHER · HOUSTON
Privacy
A plain-language outline of what InGather collects, what stays private, and how public sharing works.
What we collect
When you send a private interest note, InGather may collect your name, email address, organization or host details, city, event information, and the note you choose to share. These fields help an operator respond and review the request.
What stays private
Interest notes are stored in a private operator queue. They are not published automatically, sold as leads, or displayed in the public directory. Contact details are not included in public profiles, listings, events, or service needs.
Public profiles and listings
A person or organization appears publicly only after the relevant consent and review gates are complete. Records labeled [SAMPLE] are fictional preview content and are not evidence of a real person, organization, consent, or outcome.
Invitation-only pilot data
Invited pilot participants may provide access details, privacy choices, application consents, confidential reports, and service-hour information. Pilot records are used to operate the matching workflow and verify completed service outcomes; they are not public by default.
Your choices
You can choose not to submit a form, request correction of information you provided, or ask an operator to remove your private intake or pilot record. Use the private contact form and describe the request without including sensitive information in the first message.
